I gave it two stars because it does actually blow air onto my hands. But the cold setting does not work, no air blows, the sensor does not detect the hands under the blower and the fan doesn’t come. The other setting, the hot, does not blow hot, it blows cold air but at least it does something. For $80 it should work correctly but it doesn’t. Very disappointing.
