LOVE this palette. The top of the bottles all look the same. So unless you can remember the number of every single color, you'll have to find a way to mark them or open every single one every time you need to find a colorI really wanted to like this polish set. I really did. The colors are truly beautiful. I did a test nail last night. 4 coats in and I still don't have full coverage. Most of the solid colors are not showing unless you do 4-8 layers and that is too time consuming. Even the glitter ones do not come out right. This product came boxed and shrink wrapped there was an expiration date a year from manufacure stamped on the front of the box. Each color has its own individual cover with the name and a corresponding color tab on it which was cute and seems like a nice extra layer of protection against drying out. A brush is included to apply your color but you will need your own base an top coat. in my pic is two layers of polish it looked a little bumpy because I had a little trouble making it look smooth but after doing a top coat it looked better. It could be because I needed to wipe off my brush? I cleaned the brush with some brush conditioner after use. Its a nice compact form factor and takes up much less room than the same number of polish bottles. If it does expire in a year that would suck because I doubt I'll be through it by then I barely made a dent in it with one set.The best feature of the LIMEGIRL Gel Polish was the brush and the ease and smoothness of the creamy gel application with the brush to the nail. The process of polishing nails, however, was lengthier in time than I anticipated. Instructions suggested curing under a UV lamp for 30-90 seconds, but I found that the curing process took much longer for each coat, approximately 1-2 minutes for each coat.I also applied the LIMEGIRL gel polish to my natural nails and that might’ve accounted for the additional drying time. Overall, the LIMEGIRL Y049/Dark Yellow that I experimented with appeared natural against my dark skin-tone (see pic after 1 coat). This was my first time using this kind of cream gel polish and it was much easier than expected! The brush provided was perfect for applying the gel. The gel went on smoothly and I liked it better than the liquid gel as it didn't move around so much and came out much more evenly as a result. The colors in this palette were very pretty but it does take about two to three coats to get any sort of coverage. The light pink color was especially sheer but still very pretty. I also liked that the colors each came in their own pot with an attached lid, it really keeps everything nice and clean. Overall, I would highly recommend to beginners, it was easy to use and good results. Just don't expect super opaque colors.I really like the idea of these paintable nail gels, the brush application goes on so much cleaner with less smudging on the cuticles. I did take a star off because I had to use four coats instead of my normal to due to it being much thinner. My nails stayed on for about a week before lifting/chipping and my toenails stayed on for 2 1/2 weeks
